Programmes & What we do
We have developed six programmes, which when implemented together, will create healthy, resilient,
well-rounded and correctly skilled individuals with skills that the country needs for
sustainable economic growth and development.
Education:
Our Education Programme provides for key essentials to enable and boost learning and academic performance.
We support identified schools with the following:

Supply school uniform, stationery, books, study guides, sanitary pads & personal hygiene products

Empowerment:
Annually, we identify and recruit children and youth with potential and in need, from primary and high school, and their exit is upon employment.
The Empowerment Programme includes the following support:

Get ready programme for employment - Work environment readiness workshop and training

Recruitment and work placement - Skills matching & placing in the workplace through recruitment agencies & other partnerships

Work exposure and experience through Learnerships & Internships

Combating Gender-based Violence through education & awareness

Skills development

Nutrition & Health:
Our Nutrition & Health Programme includes the following:

Education on nutrition & health.
-
Nutrition Support for ECD Centre, Primary School, communities
-
Improving household food security through establishing vegetable gardens
-
Interventions & education on diseases that negatively affect the youth, such as HIV/AIDS, TB, depression, mental health, diabetes, obesity, cancer, amongst others.

Training & workshops for professionals, trainers, Community Healthcare Workers (CHW), & volunteers (NPOs), communities.

Developing educational and promotional material for Campaigns.

Participating in relevant Campaigns & special calendar events/ Conferences.

Collecting, tracking and analyzing nutrition and health data for effective interventions and programmes.

Skills Development:
Our Skills Development Programme includes developing critical skills needed by the youth and the country through workshops, short course trainings, as well as through learnership and internship coordination.
We provide support through the following:

Environmental Health and Climate Change:
Our Environmental Health and Climate Change Programme includes supporting and empowering communities with skills and knowledge to help them protect their health, that of the environment and adapt to the effects of climate change. It also includes the provision of groceries and other key essentials during incidents of disaster such as floods and fires.
We focus on the following:

Water and sanitation support

Disease risk reduction from environmental pollutants

Skills development and training in protecting the environment to protect human health and wellbeing, and adapting to climate change

Advocacy, education and awareness campaign on sanitation and hygiene.

Support in cases of floods or fires: Provide supplies - groceries, clothing, & blankets.

Research:
Our Research Programme includes monitoring our interventions and conducting research which will contribute to the improvement of our interventions and new/ planned interventions, as well as those interventions provided by government.
We focus on the following:

Conducting research studies to evaluate NGO interventions and interventions in critical sectors and areas.

Conducting research to generate new knowledge on various areas for new and existing interventions.

Data and Trend Analysis on education, skills & health.
